League Bylaws
A. Rosters
- 30 Player Rosters
- 11 Player Starting Lineup
- 1 QB
- 1 RB
- 2 WR
- 1 TE
- 2 RB/WR/TE Flex
- 1 K
- 1 DB
- 1 DL
- 1 LB
- A player must be started at each position every week.
- Injured Reserve
- Each team may have up to two players on IR at a time.
- A player must have a designation of PUP, IR, or IRD to be placed on IR.
- A player on IR will not count against a team's max roster size.
- Once a player is no longer designated PUP, IR, or IRD, they must be moved out of the IR position. If this puts the team over the roster maximum, they must drop a player to make room.
- All players on IR must be moved to the active lineup or dropped prior to the rookie draft.
B. Scoring
- FAAB (Free Agents Acquisition Budget)
- Each manager gets $100 at the beginning of the season for bidding on waiver wire pickups.
- The highest bid gets the player when waivers process Wednesday morning.
- Free Agency
- After waivers process, all remaining players go into free agency, and may be picked up at any time until they lock at the start of their games for that week.
- Off Season
- After the championship game, free agency and waivers will be locked until the Rookie Draft.
D. Trades
- Trades may involve players, draft picks, or a combination of the two.
- Trades will undergo a commissioner review period to last no longer than 24 hours.
- Only trades involving obvious collusion will be vetoed.
- Trade deadline is week 13, prior to the playoffs.
E. Financials
- $50/year dues, to be due the weekend of the NFL draft.
- $500 in Prizes
- 1st: $300 + Traveling Trophy (winner's responsibility to get name engraved)
- 2nd: $150
- 3rd: $50
- In order to trade future year draft picks, teams must pay that year's dues first.
F. Rookie Draft
- Roster sizes will be expanded to 38 positions prior to the Rookie Draft.
- The draft will include 6 rounds, non-snake.
- The draft will begin one week after the NFL draft.
- The draft will include all rookies and free agents.
- Draft Order will be determined by previous season positions.
- Non-playoff teams draft first, in reverse order of placement.
- Playoff teams follow in reverse order of placement in previous season
G. Playoffs
- 6 teams will make playoffs, which start week 14 and run through week 16.
- The top two teams from each division (using divisional tiebreakers) will take the 1-4 seeds, with the top team from each division earning the first round bye.
- The remaining two seeds will go to the top two teams remaining using overall league standings.
