Week 8

Ooh boy, Aaron, that's my quarterback!  6 TDs is a pretty nice way to start your Sunday, fellas.  In other news the Nutts' winning streak finally came to an end with a soul-crushingly low 82pt performance against the defending champs.  They still sit pretty atop the division, but the cracks are showing.

Week 7 Review

The TDs owner may have died last week.  Not responding to texts, not setting his lineup.  Anyone got eyes on him?  It's truly unfortunate that the Futures got a free win out of it, since the 35pts left on the bench from Stafford and the 14 from Freeman would've pushed the results the other way.  Seriously, guys, don't just quit setting lineups.  Bad form.

The Zombies are on a streak!  2 wins in a row, don't call it a comeback!  Of course, they also committed that cardinal sin of starting bye week players, which takes some of the pep out of their "win".

Reek pulled off the win over the bEARs, but at what cost?  Mahomes out for who knows how long, they'll be forced to rely on the prowess of Ryan Tannehill.

Week 8 Preview

The TDs are going into Thursday night with two inactive players in the starting lineup.  Not a great look for the team as they go up against a team still recovering from the loss of Mahomes.  Hopefully they take a gander at their bench sometime this week.

The E-Munnies are coming off an embarrassing loss and would love nothing more than to keep Doctor B's losing streak going.  Sadly they'll have to make the attempt without Lamar Jackson.

Less than 3 points between the projected scores of these two teams, so it should be a close one (since we all know how amazing fleaflicker rankings are)!  ACL's coach is reluctantly starting Odell again, so we'll see how well that goes.  They have sadly bid farewell to Josh Gordon for the season...so much missed potential.

Shake it off, Nutts, you gotta get that team back in gear!  The Futures are tied for first in the division, so need to keep the wins going if they hope to overtake ACL.  They're happy to welcome CMC back to the starting lineup as they take on the #1 Nutts.

We're at a pretty crucial point in the season for the wildcard picture.  Three teams are tied at 2-5, and currently battling it out for the 6 seed.  I can't stress enough that no team is yet eliminated from the playoff picture!  Both of these teams have a prime opportunity to take the latter half of the season by storm and run through the playoffs.  Make it happen!

Hey guys, as always I hope you're still enjoying this silly game.  It's a little disheartening to see so many inactive players in starting lineups, so I'm hoping that was just a weird fluke week and everyone got super busy....or something.  Anyway, go Pack!
