Week 3

Only .05pts separated the two top scores last week, with the Munnies barely pulling it off on the back of Brady's monster game.  Colorexico Division is starting to spread apart in standings already, while Newizona is still literally anyone's to take (seriously, each team is 1-1, weird).  E-Munnies and Runner Runner made a deal to better both teams, though time will tell if one side came out ahead.

Week 2 Review

Besides the two aforementioned 147pointers, this was a relatively low scoring week for all teams.  Zeke, Cook, and Pryor put up absolutely shit scores making what should have been a runaway game between ACL and the Zombies much too close for comfort.  The latter team might have made a better effort if they found a starting TE to plug in.

The Ddy's pulled off the upset of the week taking down the TDs, who suffered extremely disappointing scores out of Fitzgerald and Kerwynn.  Relying on their 1st overall pick in Lynch has somehow been paying off for the Ddys, but for how long?

Jordan Howard burned a lot of teams last week in the fantasyverse, and it's only fitting that the Friends' bad RB luck hits them again.  Seriously, avoid any back that they roster...they're cursed.  On the other side, Cam keeps getting saved by his own backfield, but how long can the owner justify starting him over Flacco?

Week 3 Preview

The years since the Futures inaugural win have not been kind to the team.  Losing DJ has really put them in a rough spot, as they juggle their rookie and sophomore RBs trying to fill the hole left behind.  ACL has been struggling with their own RB1, who has failed to put up RB1 numbers two weeks in a row and has the scary suspension looming on the horizon.  In the end this matchup may come down to the Houston/AZ game, as both Miller and Palmer are the weak points on each team's starting rosters.

Projected only two points apart, this will probably be the matchup of the week.  Both teams are also 1-1 and vying for position in the division.  For the bEARs it will be a rough week of gametime decisions while they wait out the injuries to DeMarco and Reed.  The Munnies, on the other hand, are all too eager to test out their shiny new toy with Melvin Gordon.

Runner Runner was quick to plug Hyde into their starting lineup after making their recent trade, just in time for tonight's game.  Will the short week against the Rams hurt his production enough for the Ddy's to pull off another upset?  JJ Nelson's and CJA's emerging status as powerhouse fantasy scorers could make it possible.

The Nutts are starting Cooper Kupp it seems this week, so things have come on hard times for the team.  Still, they have a chance against the good-on-paper but still struggling TDs, who still have a glaring weakness at flex.  Hey also, did you know the TDs are still stashing Teddy?  That's dedication!

The battle at the bottom.  One of these teams will pull off a win, and the other will start the season 0-3.  The Bengals offense has really been dragging the Friends down this year, and Jordan Howard hasn't done them any favors either.  The Zombies, despite inheriting some stud rookies, still has enough holes elsewhere that they have their own difficult decisions to make *cough*TE*cough*.  Regardless of which team comes out ahead, the rest of the season will likely be a rough one.
